This is the cause of tech sell off..<<Ericsson sells off
--9:40 am - By Michael Baron
Sweden telecommunications giant Ericsson (ERICY: news, msgs) is seeing some weakness in early trading Thursday after Kurt Hellstrom, the company's president, told the Dagens Industri newspaper that the higher-than-anticipated costs of third-generation mobile phone licenses could slow growth in the mobile phone sector. Hellstrom didn't speak specifically about his company's results. Ericsson is trading at 19 1/16, down 1, or 5 percent.>> Ericy alone is not underp pressure it is the telecommunication as a whole that is reason of early weakness, NOK has led the selling but will probably hold and we may see other sectors reversing from test ofl ows.. I will keep a close eyes on Comp 3840 as a important level and will like that market holds that levels if this present leg has to move on to 4200. Sept contract is below 1475-77 area a resistance in immediate context and testing the 1462 support area, we need to keep watching this level for any further sign of weakness to 1448 on sept contract...I would like this 1472-75 area to be taken for a solid move up otherwise the easiest and path of least reistance would be lower..
