I did a search on Stockwatch (a pay site BTW)and came up with the following insiders' trading report on TOM. It revealed nothing of consequence. Certainly not to the extent of insiders' selling activities (above $2.00) that you were referring to.

Extremely well said Mike. The company's prospects look great. But that isn't good enough.

Insiders gifted themselves 6% of your value and on an annual basis are gifting themselves 10% of the profits.

They are talking about another funding which could mean more gifts for themselves.

If I remember, they were making over $300 000 / year.

They moved trading of the company to a jurisdiction outside of the ASC's control. We sit here and watch as our holding company holds less and less.

Insiders dump.

The CFO quit.

IR refuses to answer basic questions about the company or to refute rumours that turn out to not be true.

In the past, they had interest free insider loans and significant dealings with companies owned by insiders.

This stock could really fly, but management has to be on our side.

Do you know what the insider trading was? Could you post it here?
