Our system is based on English law blah blah blah. We need a new system based on truth and justice and the American way. Sorry, too much Superman when I was young. Question here. Why must a prosecutor try to convict an innocent person? Ok, votes. Why would people vote for someone who knowingly prosecuted an innocent person rather than letting him off? Shouldn't there be some equity here? Won/loss may not be as good but it would show some fairness. Oops, I forgot, we be talking the AMERICAN voter here.
