I'm not shocked at all. In fact, I don't see what all the fuss is about. If, e.g., Oracle were contemplating suing Microsoft in a private antitrust suit, I think evidence gathered by such an investigation might even be admissible, and I don't doubt that many such investigations have been conducted for just such purposes.

But that's JMHO.
