GP,

If ITC found against VIA it would restrict imports into the US as a remedy. VIA could continue to sell its MOBOS in other markets. I believe INTEL already has an ITC action against VIA to be completed early next year.(if I recall correctly)

Any such action against VIA would leave them no alternative but to settle. Can you seriously imagine them, in the face of a pro-Rambus ITC ruling, just removing US markets from their business?
