I'll post your thoughts to Mays24 and see if he can comment. I've just had another thought about the motion for an order of attachment. Again, I'm not up to speed on NY procedure, but in some instances plaintiffs can move for the attachment of business assets if it appears more likely than not that they will eventually prevail in the litigation. The attachment is to prevent the assets from disappearing.

And I thank you for being the "messenger" of my post to Emil & company yesterday. Not a problem, these PABN animals (past and current) think nothing of threatening individuals who speak out and supply factual data about the company and management and it should not be tolerated.

Well, yes, that is the purpose of the motion for the attachment -- to prevent the defendant from assigning, removing or otherwise disposing of assets and thus issued? frustrating the enforcement of a judgment that might be rendered in the plaintiff's favor. The question in this case is: Was the attachment order ragingbull.com
