Zolt, remember all the "starving children" sound bites if we balanced the budget in 7 years, I mean 8 years, I mean 9 years, I mean 10 years. It's laughably ludicrous to say Clinton with a Democratic Congress would have balanced the budget! (Not that it's actually balanced anyway when you remove the social security component.) Here's a hint to Democrats. How many balanced budgets did Democratics in the house submit to the President in the 30 years leading up to Republicans regaining leadership? Further hint, only lawdog will need a calculator for this one. :) Michael
