The Supreme Court ruled that he could be sued for a civil act committed before he was President. A criminal act committed while President is not protected by Presidential Immunity. There is precedent for immunity for official acts. Are you implying that Clinton has committed crimes as President in his office's official capacity? Please detail these crimes, smartypants. Also, please share your knowledge of official immunity as it relates to Nixon and Clinton vs. Jones. I'd like to see if you're really as smart and knowledgeable as you claim. Zooty and I have already been through this a couple of times. He's smarter than you and he lost quite badly.
