how do you know if a person has committed a felony until you have a trial, zooty. I thought you were a lawyer. I guess not.

OJ may have killed two people,but that fact alone does not make him a murderer. There are many elements required to prove a person committed a specific crime. The act itself is only one of them.

You can believe he is a murderer, but it was not proven he is a murderer.

Similarly OJ is a murderer though not criminally convicted.
