The German government reduced the number of licences offered to keep the shrinking lemon squeezed.

At the press conference some time ago the finance minister Eichel interpreted UMTS as "Unerwartete Mehreinnahmen zur Tilgung der Steuerschulden", or in plain English, "unexpected extra income to serve the national debt".

I think your observation was well taken. Seeing how much you know about the subject may I ask your opinion on
Qualcome and the far East? After the big run up and afterwards plunge I think that there is money to be made in this stock. Fred
