Lorne, The diabolical aspect of the DBRSY bid, is that most, if not all of the 34.5% of the stock that has been bought since the announcement has probably been bought by short term speculators gambling that another bidder will show up. If not, they will use the tender as a bail out. I doubt any of them intend this as a long term investment. I am long and will hold my position until the 11th hour, hoping for another higher offer/proposal. Then I will tender if a higher offer or a VERY compelling reason to hold doesn't materialize. regards, teevee
