Re SEI------Hi Razorbak, Several folks here recently thinking/writing favorably about SEI, but to me there are several factors that make it unattractive. --eg-- --Their management compensation practices. --Their accounting practices --The rumors and allegations irt the EGEO spinoff and bankruptcy. Perhaps it's me. Am I taking too critical a view? Is SEI run by honest men trying to increase shrhldr value? What do you think? (Other opinions also welcome) regards, diana
