I guess Intel isn't a profitable company: it paid a 15.6% tax rate for q1 according to its q1 10-q.

I don't understand how Intel longs can come on this board and attempt to demean AMD's employees and investors with stupid and flawed comparisons like yours (you left implicit, "If AMD were a profitable company like Intel and paid a 31% tax rate like Intel"). Do you read your company's sec filings, or just listen to your mascot's prevarications and deceptions and assume because he was a useful human being twenty years ago Intel is perpetually wonderful, and then extrapolate to include some higher moral correctness that allows your ilk (Intel investors) to be rude as well as cocky?
