communication services to Alcatel's customer base in the United Kingdom. TelePost's award-winning

web-based presentations and unified messaging, are provided as a managed service for businesses

Alcatel has a large installed base of customers in the United Kingdom using Alcatel equipment. There
is great value in extending their investment through on-demand audio conferencing and online
presentation capability. Alcatel can now provide a managed service to their customers that provides a
complete virtual meeting solution without any additional capital costs.

TelePost Presentation Center can be used to lead participants through a PowerPoint presentation, or
guided web tours. All participants need is a Java-enabled browser and Internet connection to
participate. Any participant can ask questions by utilizing a built in chat utility.
