I'm wondering something... if people feel the "press" is so biased, and not representing the absolute views of the people, then why don't the conservative forces start their own network... or more specifically, their own network news program. In the past 10+ years there has been an explosion of news programs - some like fox and msnbc are almost right-thinking, but nobody takes a stand on these social issues you all care about- why? Now, my personal opinion is that social conservatives are actually a very tiny group of individuals that don't constitute any sort of majority except in a few bible belt states where the demographics are useless to advertisers. Thats why I think the media is "biased", because they actually represent the majority. We do have one popular show with a clearly conservative bent - that is Chris Matthews and even HE condescends to the social conservatives - what does that say?
