messages.yahoo.com Small leagal consideration. That Dan3 guy (the no spaces one), over on SI thread, is now publicly accusing Rambus of blackmail AND fraud. I realize Rambus has saturated it’s current law division defending against the parasites that steal their technology, but shouldn’t we, as stockholders, demand that our investment be protected against liars on the internet? I believe it is called libel. Although Dan3 obviously does NOT have deep pockets, I think his influence was wide spread. (along with Bilow). I know when I first started following Rambus, his comments always caused me to waste much time, at least until I discovered that they were gross distortions and intentional lies. I’m not against free speech and opposing viewpoints but his information has a clear intent and upon examination most is false. HE is the one who should be charged with crimes (our sued) in the realm of blackmail and fraud. I know all of us Rambus longs have large piles of money now (soon to get bigger) and the temptation is to say “screw these nitwits”, but we all would like even more investors to climb aboard. I say let’s give up a little of our profit so we can stomp the anti-Rambus gang.
