false statement: "coii's unique factor is their patented computer algorithm and their sophisticated table with cooling mechanism."
What the 10k says is this:
<<CTICO is currently seeking patent protection for the positioning table, as well as for the algorithm process involved with the CTI Breast Imaging System>>

It doesn't mean that it will get a patent. Applying for a patent means nothing. You could apply for a patent for the way that you tie your shoes, if you like.

Presently, COII has ZERO patents. That's what the co. said in its SEC filings. Your claims to the contrary are false.

more lies from mr. d
"You could apply for a patent for the way that you tie your shoes, if you like."

what a brilliant statement, mr. d. you cannot get a patent on how you tie your shoes. give us a break.

anyone with a pea brain knows that patents do take years to receive. yet, the application of the patent protects you legally while you are waiting for approval.

i have studied this company intensively and know that what you are saying is, for the most part, completely ridiculous.

After 12+ years of operations, COII has received ZERO patents.
curtis, you persistently miss the obvious point: there is no significance in applying for a patent. Only in receiving one.

That is why I said that you could apply for a patent for the way you tie your shoes. Of course you would not receive the patent. That is the point, illustrating how there is no significance to a claim that somebody has applied for a patent.

COII has received ZERO patents.
