Glad to hear you are the one that researched CDMA. I don't doubt that CDMA or WCDMA will become the standard as G3 comes on line. Almost everyone seems to agree with this.

I do have a question, though: I heard that some businesses, such as NOK and ERICY, are challenging in European court the CDMA patent in regards to it's usage in some G3 WCDMA devices. The guys on the QCOM thread do not thing this holds water. What did you find?
