So you agree, then, that the problem is NOT with the Tbird, or else AMD is in a world of trouble over their statements to the contrary? And you also agree that the most rudimentary bit of QA would quickly rule out the processor itself as being responsible? thanks, Doug

Sure but these problems take time. The user does not care why the system does not work. He will blame GTW first but may switch to an Intel machine if he does not feel comfortable with the fix. Jim Why would they switch...everyone knows how expensive RMBS memory is?!! ted
