Not really! It is common for companies to deny responsibility for a glitch in a new system. Perhaps the interaction of the T-bird and the chipset or the memory due to the 1GHZ clock rate or perhaps it is simply a noise problem in the motherboard which pops above threshold at 1GHZ.

We do not know. But the system just is not up to standard.
