i just read some of Putzen's recent missives...he's looking for Dow 500 for god's sake...the man is severely imbalanced. only Prechter is outbidding him to the downside with his 400 target....

anyway, you're right, according to his theory, we should be very close.

My literature search on amazon, local univ online catalog and local libr catalog turn up nothing for puetz... except:
