Hi Patricia, post is to you simply because you were the most recent post. Copied from Raging Bull......a former long, smart, objective and sincere.

cindyj...

I don't want to argue about it... I just think the language is entirely too sneaky. If what you say is true, there was no need for a revision.

You and I posted to each other late last week... when I was hunting down info on Evans. My father bought COII several years ago and was so excited about the Naz listing. Without doing any DD, I bought some too... last week at 10 9/16. Well... after doing about 40 hours of research over the weekend, I became ill. Too many things are not right with this company. I sold my shares and my father's shares at about 6 3/4 today... and I am happy to be out because I think it will get worse.

IMHO, alot of people are letting themselves be blinded... I was... that's why I thought the Bloomberg news article had to be twisted, etc. But then I started doing some of my own DD.

Regarding Manhattan Financial Group... a 15% shareholder... they don't exist. I live in that town... and their address is currently an upscale nouveau type restaurant that has been there about a year. For many years before that, it was a Chinese restaurant. Funny though... every SEC filing they have tends to change the records a little... 1147 changes to 1142... avenue to boulevard. There is no MFG of any sort in the phone book, the chamber of commerce, etc.

Someone mentioned TSET. Has anyone checked into that? Do you realize that they have the exclusive Sales rights to sell COII's product in Mexico? So... COII sold to CTII through TSET. For some very PRETTY % commissions I might add. Guess who the Officers of TSET are? Johnston and Secord. You can check the SEC filing... there are only 2 filings so it is not hard to find. After many years in business, there was NO TSET revenue of any kind.

The new COII prospectus filed with the SEC today... increasing the registration of shares from 6 million to 23 million.... just reinforces my belief that this is a scam. All of the insiders are getting out with whatever they can. This sickens me. It also fascinates me how this has all been orchestrated... hence I still find myself reading these documents and shaking my head in disbelief. And posting here because I think there are some people who just haven't stepped back to see what they have here.

I wish you the best... but I would urge you just to step back... ignore hype... but check the facts. While I thought Pluvia was the evil short, I can say that every thing he has posted as fact I have confirmed to be true. Check it out... and good luck to you!!!

"You spent some time reading "a" Pairgain thread from April of 1999, huh? SI's? Back a whole year or so? Wow. I'm impressed. Bother going to any other source? The company itself? Even...another thread? RB? Yahoo? CNBC's archives? Tell me you didn't JUST go to a thread for info?"

Why in the world would I go anywhere else to investigate your bogus claim that "Once that news hit the newswires the shorters invaded PAIR threads in hordes with all kinds of stories to make the price fall faster and harder."? Message 13988590

"And, if you didn't find it there...it ain't so. "

You claimed it was there...it wasn't.

"If that's your way of investigating a stock "

I wasn't investigating the stock. I was investigating your false claims of 'manipulation'.

"Expect no further response from me...it's not worth it.
"

No problem. Your position is indefensible after all.

Regards,

Barb
