I always use my first name as my login..."tom"

and my last name as the password "cruise"

I feel safe doing this because most people don't know who I am...

Anyway, back to the set, we're filming MI3 and it's getting to the juicy part...

Oh, and as always, please don't post this PM on a public thread...

Thanks...

Tom..

P.S. Nicole says G'Day.

Bob,

"The first occurrence was at about 11:00PM Eastern on Thursday about 20 minutes after the site was brought up on Oracle for the first time."

Excuse me! Meaning no offense, but somebody is in denial! If your statement (company line?) were true, could somebody explain how it is that I posted the following (note day and time):

"Thursday, Jun 29, 2000 4:18 AM ET: ...the message listings are displaying login ID's instead of aliases!"

Message 13965284

I have been called a lot of things, but psychic isn't one of them!

I also sent a PM to Jeff reporting this problem wherein I mentioned his user ID just so he would know that my complaint was valid!

"SI Admin (Jeff) Jeff (or should I say XxxXxxxx), Is anybody up there? Is anybody aware of... Jun 29, 2000 4:36 AM"

The x's represent his user ID.

Unfortunately, the above shows in my outbox as the first line of the PM, but when I click on it, there is a totally different message from someone else.....that old problem again.

Enough said here....see my Email for further enlightenment.

Bill

"You are not the addressee of this PM. Return to Stocktalk."

SI Admin- FWIW, here's another bug. This occurs when I got to review messages I have filed away into my personal Folders. I've always(since the personal Folder system has been started), been able to read anything I have dropped into them. I guess, from experience, I don't expect any reply from you, but just thought I would post it anyway for others to see in case they are running into the same problem. -MikeM(From Florida)

PS I still think you missed a great PR opportunity not to just openly admit, on the SI Home Page, the entire series of problems plaguing SI for the last four or five days now. I've seen at least a dozen members suggest it, but so far I've seen nothing listed there.
