Mike, I apologize if you thought you were being ignored. To say I'm currently swamped would be a bit of an understatement. Also a lot of messages haven't been getting replies if they repeat something I've already forwarded appropriately. Instead, I've been jumping to the next one. Someone else brought the PM thing to my attention a while ago and I forwarded it appropriately. As for the other issues you mention, my role here is specifcally to do admin duties relating to the Terms of Use, so it would not be appropriate for me to speak on behalf of the company regarding that.
