It will be a successful chip in our opinion but no it is not a threat to the pentium. We still believe that intel will dominate the marketplace but they have a competitor the first time in many years. Overall we do like intel -- intel. Amd had a great run, the stock full here, the question is more concern about intel, i wouldn't be worried about it. Sue: Saw the chart of amd shows a steady advance and big move last week for amd. How would you rate the stock? >> I would rate it a weak hold. Sue: Either of the other two gentlemen, do you hold it, what would you do with it. >> I agree with a hold on amd and also would just hold intel, as i said before, i think the semiconductor world is moving away from the pc-focus more to communication-focus. Intel had l have a pretty good second half. Amd always pretty good at designs chips but can't manufacture them so like to see a couple of quarters to get the product out before i believe the story. Until their admiration of Jerry begins to wane, looks like AMD is a great company.
