I'm long SRU but it's only a trade as the location of the property is problematic. AVL is a buy in my opinion as they have several good properties. They need, as I've said before, a partner who can finance the development of Separation Rapids. I'm not sure why this hasn't happened but if they got into a deal on a property with an a consumer of the rare metal then this should trigger a valuation change, no? Also, that news release on Seagull is intriguing. I've reread it a few times and I think they are bewildered by the style of mineralization in that setting. It clearly needs a few more holes.
