If you saw the blocks, and heard CNBC, there is NO Question in my mind is was that sweet 93 million mostly upside shares being aggresively bid for in block of 25, 50, 100, and 200K at a time!

Like I said, the DT and BLS rumors (via First Call...) didn't hurt.

High Volume again... We might end today with over 30m shares traded.

I somewhat disagree about the volume from the SP500 index addition. If that was purely the case, then why the high volume today? (Remember the idea of index funds).

We have to remember that the new outstanding shares is about 1.7 billion shares due the the new shares for USW. What interest me is how many people will sell the new "Q" shares because their only wanted the "income" from the dividend.
