I think that May 99 was the last time Oracle just hit earnings. Since then they have exceeded.

OK, you got me. Still, it was certainly different from what was expected. To me, that's a miss. And the 22% drop did happen.

In any case, the point I was trying to make was that Oracle got slammed only a little over a year ago and with their current P/E and all these tech companies announcing, I'd be more hesitant about ORCL. If not this quarter, I'd be very wary about the next.

As I said, good luck on ORCL, I think you'll need it.
