Don, Jack, Bud, Tom and All:

VNWK

From the Serious Side:

Let me clear the air a bit on this one. I don’t want anyone to think I just pull ticker symbols out of mid air and then post them on this BB. Part of what this is all about is looking for good quality equities that we can risk manage with AIM. I try to bring some to the surface for consideration and discussion. I try to allow sufficient time on my own part so that I'm comfortable with the potential when I make my initial posting.

I first posted on my own thread about VNWK on May the 8th.

VNWK = 225,750 or 1.3% of assets (about 1.6% of float). 25,750 shares added in Mar. It may be under valued at current price. Take a hard look at customer base.

This information was obtained from following the month to month activity of First Hand funds. A highly rated Mutual Fund group of which I’m a holder.

Then there was the downgrade on 06/14. View the written word and listen to the audio version.

cbs.marketwatch.com

Fernandes said he had spoken with Visual’s CEO, who told him business was tracking well and that the company had completed 20 to 25 percent of its anticipated revenues in the first month and another 20 to 25 percent in the second month.

biz.yahoo.com

The audio also states that management says the quarter is on track.

My thought based on their track record of the last 17 quarters was that the downgrade was wrong but that I should also allow management sufficient time to recant this statement and I figured by yesterday that I had allowed them enough time. Guess what!!! I figured wrong.

As the boss stated.

Sometimes it's good to let the lemmings finish jumping before you fire up the charcoal grill. :-)

My lemmings were not jumping, they had been in marinade sauce for what I considered the proper amount of time. :^0)

So there you are. I have successfully rationalized my current position as I always do.

From the Non serious side:

From my months of tinkering with AIM, I have now developed what I call “AIM in the Fast Lane”. Think about how much time my fast version can save you. Instead of letting your cash reserve sit for month after month drawing minimal interest income, you can now use it all the very next day and put those shares to work right away. Another benefit is the commission cost savings. Buy doubling my position this morning I figured that I saved $108 dollars in commissions. FWIW
