Saw nothing about ETEK insiders selling. Even if that were so, I don't think it is a bad thing. These guys probably had to hold off selling until the deal closed---especially given the big discount ETEK had traded in the past after the deal announcement. Again, I have not seen anything about such sellling and it would not concern me anyways. I just see it as profit taking and that is not a bad thing with a couple of weeks to earnings release. It sets up for a rebound, IMHO. BTW--There is no doubt that this is best company in the optical component business. The others cannot compete with JDSU with its broad range of product offerings. With the buyout of ETEK, it is getting cheap producer as well. As the company stated when the announced the deal, it was a case of 1+1=3. I see a lot of upside in the coming months.
