I follow a few of the MOCVD companies. Emcore and Aixtron are 2 that sell reactors. There are links from the Emcore home page where you can find additional info.

Bill most of the big players won't gum up their demo machines for these materials so it is mostly the second (or third tier) players. I've seen press release for companies like Aixtron, Plasmatherm, and Mattson. Although the markets are fast growing, the equipment arena is trivial. For some of the compound companies their production rates are in the single digit wafers per week! On a square inch of wafer surface basis the compound market is many orders of magnitude smaller than the silicon market.
