You and I must be reading a different article. To my knowledge, this is the first time Intel has announced support for DDR on the desk top, and has made it legal for VIA to do so. IMO, that's news.

By the time DDR chipsets come out, P3 will be a legacy system anyway.

Too bad you didn't short AMD when you were talking about it a while ago (I believe it was at $90 or so).

Are you still planning on shorting it? If so, when?
