If you go long in the dump cycle, you don't know when RACE will go up again.

If you short on a spike, the chances of a drop soon are excellent. The spikes are all the same - lame fragments of news and Marshall posting away here and on Yahoo trying to get the troops to buy the myth that RACE can be a major national telcoms player.
