If you had been around here long enough, and had enough sense to pour piss out of a boot, you would have known he was an attorney, and I think you should apologize publicly on this thread. If he actually IS an attorney I apologize for not believing him. However, I stand by the proposition that a competent attorney would NEVER state that a person was a felon without having been convicted of a felony. That is professional incompetance. And that sir, in the context of the discussion at hand, is a defamatory statement. Libel actually and libel per se on top of that since it is a false statement going to my trade or profession. Look it up dunce cap. Libel per se means the person who is defamed need not show any actual damages to obtain judgment and recovery. JLA
