Dale:

Not a trekkie or part vulcan; but what better can you wish for your friends than a long and prosperous life. The sentiment is my wish for my friends.

Price of Gold is near the bottom. Negative sentiment, no interest, everyone convinced that gold is dead. Market is quiet and bottoms are quiet. I wish I were smart enough to pick the date of time of the bottom but I am not. However, I am certain we are near the bottom and that 5 years from now you will be thrilled with gold.

In March of 1982 I called my stock broker and told him I wanted to put all of my assets into the stock market. He tried to talk me out of it. I knew then it was the bottom. As you recall the market bottomed in the summer of 1982. I still remember the first move up from that base and my broker wanted me to sell and take profits around 1200 DOW I believe. I couldn't believe that he did not understand we were on the verge of a great market move, which eventually exceeded even my expectations. I have been mostly out of the stock market for the last two years, except for specialized situations and gold.

The point of all of that is that I have the same feeling about the gold market now as I had about the stock market then. It is time to accumulate and hold.

Live long and prosper,

Littlejoe
