Well August, looks like 'the customer is always right' and they are free to leave and or not buy the product if they are unhappy.....OR, maybe they can and should start their OWN store/site....Who knows, maybe it will always be perfect with no mistakes from git-go........ Trust me, I know! just exactly how very difficult it is to start and succeed in your own business...and also have first hand involvement in a new concept ebusiness venture....It's been 24/7 for several years now, and soon will be open for all....hopefully for everyone to enjoy and have fun....of course, there will always be those who want to throw darts....human nature doesn't change over time....just the environment changes. This is a new age in communications, and with that new age, new problems will arise. (Good thing that "let's sue" wasn't common verbiage when anesthesia was first "invented" about 150 years ago... who knows where we'd be if law suits were the first order of business....) In the FWIW department, am both a shareholder (late 97' and more last June....so certainly know the ups and downs)....and also enjoy using the site, and learning as I go.
