Bob,

You seem way too happy for a man who's main stock is looking VERY, VERY, VERY, sick!

Every other semi stock I follow is up big today and rebounding .... except COHU! I know history is a good thing to look to for guidance, but history usually does not repeat itself .... exactly.

Eveything I have learned in the market is telling me that something is wrong with COHU specifically. I still expect to be told in the 2nd quarter earnings report that their new handlers are not costing or performing as expected.

The fact that I bought more shares yesterday almost dooms the stock for further decline. Even my dad's purchase yesterday did not do the trick and he has been a timing mad man!

It just make no sense that only COHU would still have large sellers where as all the other semi companies are being swamped with buyers.

I know you love this company and stock, but I am seeing your version of my SBSE unfolding before us.

Hope to heck I am wrong!

Chris ...

Bob and all:

I am posting after long break. I believe COHU management is trustworthy. Looking around companies like AVX,KEM,VSH (victim of cell phone problems), EGLS,ESIO,CGNX(my holding) all have shown very weired patterns. CGNX management told last quarter that their booking was strong. What gives? I don't know. All of my COHU calls are now worthless.

Patience has its price! COHU management is unusally quite. What I am worried about is COHU will get no premium even if they deliver good numbers. I think time has come for them to acquire or get acquired. That's the correct thing to do for shareholders. Good luck and keep the faith.
