Raj, I think they want to KISS (keep it simple stupid). comsv is not officially trading yet so they don't want to make any moves - thus the pretty flat intraday macd and price action. Next week they will keep palm steady and move coms up to its fair value (around $15). After they have established the fair comsv price then they will start moving the Palm price. I think they have learned a lesson that if both stock's prices jump at the same time, the coms-combo price will balloon to ridiculous level and then people (90% stupid) will be scare off and start to panic and the stock crashed. They have three weeks to do all of the above slowly. As long as by the distribution date they can get comsv to $15 and Palm to $38 and coms/palm combo reflecting the fair prices (= $72), I'm happy. When I said 'they', I don't know who they are. Mang
