How about posting a link to this story now that it has been spammed all over SI. This better be real or there is going to be a different report going to the SEC as well as SI Bob.

Good Luck,

Lee

Here's the "original":

messages.yahoo.com

It's not exactly a hoax, more of an attention-getter. I applaud the guy's efforts.

(BTW, the heavy buying in the semiconductor sector didn't begin until Thursday at 11:00, coincident with massive sales of deep in-the-money put options.)

Each person arrested could potential face over 25 years in prison and up to 3x monetary damages under Federal Racketeering Laws. These charges come amid an increasing number of complaints filed by individual investors regarding market manipulation at the SEC Web site
(http://www.sec.gov ).

Yes. . . Throw the BOOK at them!
WE DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE . . . KEEP IT UP!

Salomon Smith Barney issued the statement saying,
“All of our conduct was in full compliance with the law. These allegations are baseless and unfounded.”

What else are they supposed to say?!

US Bancorp`s Ashok Kumar agrees that the charges are unfounded. He noted “of course they did nothing wrong.
That`s just the way you play the game. If analysts got arrested every time we intentionally manipulated the price of a stock, we`d all be in jail!

GOOD. . . took the words right out of my mouth! Jail and Fine all of them that BREAK the Law!

US Bancorp`s Ashok Kumar just ADMITTED it!
(#1 on the LIST)
(was his attorney present?)

Saying that analysts are low-life criminals is a bit of a reality stretch – don`t you think?”

If they Break the Law, NOT in the least bit. . .
If they break the law, they ARE low-life criminals and should PAY to the fullest extent of the law (have the book thrown at them)!

Just another example of the misuse of POWER
and grubbing (stealing - Grand Grand Theft) for the almighty dollar!

There is only one way to put a stop to it. . .
J A I L and 3X F I N E _ _ E V E R Y O N E _ _ T H A T
A B U S E S _ _ T H E _ _ LAW!

Immediately...!

It was nice to see such swift action by the SEC!
