The problem with the statement from H&Q is that it assumes the news out Friday about Korea using WCDMA exclusively was true. So far, no Korean company, no government, no company, has put out a statement or press release that has made me believe that statement is true.

Not if you know H&Q's past record for totally missing QCOM's potential.

It's not the statement that matters, it's who is saying it. H&Q has been long associated with groups known to be major short on QCOM.
