Starting Q2, we add Dresden depreciation, but there is also increased expenditure for Dresden startup. Jerry said something about it during the annual meeting, but I don't recall the details. As I recall, it was said that even though Dresden would only be depreciated for one month of Q2 ($14 million), there would also be startup expenses equal to two months' depreciation ($28 million), so the increased cost for each of Q2, Q3, & Q4 would be about $42 million/Q.
