lml- From the press reports, I didn't get this impression. But then again, it's the press which rarely gets all the facts right.

Anyway, they kind of convinced me that Nacchio really wanted that twisted pair access. And then, later, up comes the news about the nationwide rollout of the Qwest Cybercenters. So I thought it would be interesting to combine the cybercenters with VDSL customer access and do some kind of TV video delivery scheme. If they kill the VDSL plans, that blows my speculation right out of the water. -MikeM(From Florida)

"Look what happened to that. If you recall any of my posts two years back I has questioned why anyone would move from DMT to G.lite. IMHO, as I stated then, it was too little, too late. Who would want to move to less bandwidth at the sake of few extra thousand feet of distance."

I've been wondering the same thing about wireless WAP lately.
