Did Datek Say Why? I thought it was strange since on the same day the broker I am currently using changed the reserve requirement for DIGL from 35% to 50%. In effect limiting the amount which can be shorted given a specific amount of equity in the account. Does anyone know if Interactive Broker has any problem allowing shorting DIGL. I have been thinking about giving them a try based on some of the comments on the thread.
