Kis-sie poo: <<BTW- funny how the two companies that "agreed" to a partial rambus settlement were given large chunks of Rambus warrants recently. >>

Even after getting burned last month, you STILL have not learned to do due diligence. LOL!

Read the annual report, and listen to the Toshiba cc. There HAVE NOT BEEN, NOR WILL THERE BE, warrants issued in association with ANY SDRAM / DDR license.

Of course, if you want to libel (sic) Geoff Tate a blatant liar, be my guest. Why don't you post it and forward it to RMBS corporate counsel? According to you guys, lawyers are the only ones working at RMBS. LOL!

JMHO (for Gene's sake) <g>

Your fan,

BP

KIS,

BTW- funny how the two companies that "agreed" to a partial rambus settlement were given large chunks of Rambus warrants recently. (the profit made after the 4:1 split on those warrants alone is more than they agreed to pay in royalties for the next decade)

They did not receive any warrants as part of the settlement. They have the same rights to compete to be one of the three companies who get part of the warrant pool Rambus has offered.
