Even today, religion does have its place and purpose in our society.

To answer your question....YES

Most religions teach you to be good. Do YOU have a problem with those teachings?

I find the religious to be much more intolerant (on average) than the agnostics I know (I won't count atheists since that is a religion too, and they are also intolerant in another way.) And since intolerance breeds incivility and contempt I conclude the agnostics are the very nicest people. This is of course not to say that there aren't very nice religious people- but I've never ever met a truly awful agnostic. And I've even had awful religious people come to my DOOR to assail me with their ideas- something no agnostic has ever done.

What do you conclude from your life experience?
