Les, all WS wants is to get their hands on Japan's people saving funds and rob those elderly of their hard earned money. It is no wonder that WS main representative and snake oil sales man, makes such recommendation. I hope Japan leadership are not such idiots as to give up on their population savings to enrich WS thieves and swindlers. Rising interest rate in Japan will be only beneficiary to the world economy in the long run, then it is no wonder that the WS and this administration are against it. Haim
