Brinker does not have to compete with the Brinker in the unauthorized summary because, without the real Brinker, the unauthorized summary would lose the "competition" because it would cease to exist. But there is something else going on here on a different level. But what do you care? You got a summary and it has not cost you one nickel and that is the way Brinker wants it. Good for you. Gotta love this country.
