While RMBS management specifically stated that there has not been any warrants issued in the past, they decidedly avoided questions seeking clarification about warrants/stock that would be issued in the future based upon the Toshiba agreement, which calls into doubt the 'NOR WILL THERE BE' portion of your post.<< I listened and my understanding is that they would not be issued in the future based on the this specific Toshiba agreement, but could be issued in the future based on the the normal RDRAM agreements like the one with Samsung where certain production goals must be met...and therefore they could not deny the possibility in the future...
