With even a minimal PE of 10, TOM should be trading at $5.90 given today's earnings. It won't until things change.

I don't doubt that other companies are doing similar bonuses, but it does affect the equity valuation.

The main negative holding back TOM's price is that management has been acting against our interests (6% spin off, 10% bonuses, not seeking share holder approval, refusing to answer IR inquiries with more than a single line, putting out timely press releases, etc.).

A lot of people are scared that it is regulated in a foreign jurisdiction. ASE rules only apply to the holding company shell and there is an extreme danger assets could be (and are being) stripped from the sub without compensation to the parent.

Management controls over 50 of TOM. I'd feel much more confortable if they paid out a 20% dividend and received the same 10% through their 50% share ownership rather than as a bonus.

If they could think this way and restore our confidence that they were on our side, this could be a ten dollar stock. As long as they seem to be acting in a self serving manner, the stock will languish.
