Hi Patrick- Long time no talk. My copy of that book also had Confusions de confusions (or whatever it is called). That was also very enlightening about how market manipulations have been going on for at least 200 years.

All the stuff we thought was new like derivatives etc was all around then. Pretty cool.

NO I have not read all of the vignettes in
Extraordinary Popular delusions. I am planning
on it when I get a bit more time... It may be a bit
too heavy to take to Colorado -g-

how is the summer treating you.

...man the Natural gas, heating oil and Unleaded gasoline
markets look pretty darn bullish, intermediate term.

even Dec NG has rising open interest, higher low and a
pretty constructive looking chart.

what out for huricanes in the gulf this fall, if they come
through and disrupt NG output, you could see a real
tradable pop. I think it's almost a certainty that
we get at least one or two scarest like that.

that would be a Sept event ...most likely.
